WCR applauds the introduction of the Coffee Plant Health Initiative Amendments Act (CPHIAA, H.R. 965). The amendment authorizes research to combat pests and diseases that threaten coffee supplies and farmers by expanding the scope of an existing initiative at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
